Definition of a streamlined implementation procedure. * Implementation of the baseline solution for a state owned Russian carrier ticketing offices. * Implementation of the baseline solution for a fast growing Arab carrier. * Business requirements analysis for the largest Spanish carrier, as part of an Amadeus global customer management IT offer. * Business requirements analysis and IT consultancy for one of the largest Japanese carriers. * Pre-sales presentations of the ticketing solution to other carriers. Located in the Amadeus development centre in Sophia Antipolis, France.
Responsible for coordinating the implementation of Amadeus e-ticket. Key achievements include the reduction of time to market delays by the introduction of a new implementation procedure validated by all parts, contributing to the leadership of Amadeus in this strategic feature. Implementation of more than 10 carriers. In recognition of this outstanding service, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) selected Amadeus as a preferred partner in its endeavour to achieve ticketless travel by 2007.
Define the new external people management tools. The architecture of this project integrated processes from Lotus Notes, SQL Server, SAP MM and other minor tools. The solution was documented and presented to the purchasing manager.
Responsible for the conception of a new corporate web site and a marketing tool. The marketing tool was based on a Customer Relationship Management model and adapted to the new sales division structure. In three months, the requirements were validated and the tools designed, the developers were recruited and the construction was kicked off. These tools were presented to the future users (worldwide sales managers) at the Sales kick-off conference.
Responsible for the design and development of a customised sales and production management system using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic technologies. The final application includes 30 graphical user interfaces and more than 40 reports.
